As part of Crowe's AI Governance Consulting team, you will assist organizations in building, assessing, running, and auditing responsible AI programs. We ensure that AI practices align with business goals, risk appetites, and evolving regulations (e.g., NIST AI RMF 1.0, ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act), empowering our clients to adopt AI confidently and safely.

In this role, you will

Support Client Delivery: Contribute to establishing or improving AI governance programs by drafting deliverables, facilitating workshops, and documenting decisions and action items.
Conduct Assessments: Perform current-state assessments and control testing for AI/ML and genAI use cases, summarizing findings and recommendations for clients.
Manage Operations: Aid in operations such as model documentation, risk scoring, monitoring, and issue tracking.
Research Regulations: Stay updated on developments in frameworks and synthesize insights into clear, client-friendly updates.
Enable Sales: Support charge managers with proposals, SOWs, and client-ready materials.
Develop Offerings: Contribute to internal training content, playbooks, and templates.
Provide Thought Leadership: Draft articles, presentations, and webinar content, and engage in event delivery.
Maintain Project Management: Keep project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications organized.

Qualifications

Required: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in AI governance and 3+ years in consulting or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus. Certification or progress towards AIGP is expected within 12 months. Willingness to travel is necessary.
Preferred: Familiarity with AI lifecycle practices, governance frameworks, and tools.
