About the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for seamless data integration, cleansing, harmonization, and transformation.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to implement data-driven AI solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
- Utilize advanced tools and platforms, including Azure Data Factory, Power BI, and SQL databases, to create scalable data solutions.
- Implement and maintain data fabric architectures that streamline data access, management, and enhance performance.
- Identify opportunities for data optimization, quality enhancement, and automation throughout the data lifecycle.
- Support the deployment and integration of AI models, ensuring data quality and compatibility with existing analytics frameworks.
- Regularly engage with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver timely analytics and reports.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data pipeline creation.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI.
- Expertise in data cleaning, harmonization techniques, and complex data integration management.
- Solid understanding of data fabric concepts and practical experience with related implementations.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data pipelines for AI and analytics projects.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong track record of effective collaboration in agile, cross-functional team environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentorship, or people management.
- Experience leading projects or initiatives that require senior-level judgment and accountability.
Preferred Skills
- Experience deploying and managing data solutions within Azure AI, Azure ML, or related AI/ML environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD for data solutions.
- Certifications in Azure Data Engineering or other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate).
- A strong background in business analytics, enhancing the alignment of technical solutions with strategic goals.
- Active participation or interest in data engineering and AI communities to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
- Previous experience in professional services or consultancy settings.

The wage range for this role is $104,500.00 - $208,300.00 per year, based on various factors including skill sets, experience, and organizational needs.
