About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior AI Solutions Engineer to empower our clients in leveraging the transformative potential of AI within their organizations. In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams, industry experts, engineering, and clients to develop priority AI use cases into minimum viable products (MVPs), proofs of concept (POCs), and robust commercial solutions that drive successful deal conversions.

You will operate at the nexus of AI technology, solution architecture, and business outcomes, guiding clients from the initial stages of ideation to validated solution designs. This position is ideal for a technical expert who thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discovery, Ideation & Art of the Possible
  • Facilitate discovery sessions with clients and account teams.
  • Identify business challenges, value opportunities, and high-impact AI initiatives.
  • Develop 'North Star' AI scenarios showcasing meaningful business transformation.
  • Translate complex client queries into clear solution hypotheses and initial architectural strategies.
  • Solution Shaping & Architecture
  • Define comprehensive AI solution architectures, including components like LLMs, data/ML layers, integrations, and partner technologies.
  • Create multiple solution pathways (good/better/best) along with well-documented trade-offs.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and risk evaluations.
  • Proposal Development & Client Engagement
  • Craft engaging, client-ready documentation: Statements of Work, proposals, architecture presentations, value frameworks, and demo narratives.
  • Lead technical discussions, deep dives, and competitive analysis sessions.
  • Refine solution narratives based on client feedback and market dynamics.
  • Pursuit Orchestration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate pursuit teams across Sales, Industry SMEs, AI Engineering, and Ecosystem Partners.
  • Integrate inputs from hyperscale partners into solution design.
  • Ensure solution readiness for delivery focusing on governance, risk management, and assumption tracking.
  • Oversee the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring clarity and continuity.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, agent architectures, ML engineering, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience conducting ideation workshops and 'art of the possible' sessions with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in shaping AI deals, creating Statements of Work, and designing POCs or MVPs.
  • Hands-on experience building prototypes during sales cycles.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
