AI/ML Engineer – Remote

Chitra Productions is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to support our cutting-edge AI compliance tools for Department of Defense (DoD) environments. This is a remote role, ideal for professionals with experience in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and secure system integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train AI/ML models to generate responses for NIST controls
• Enhance NLP pipelines for automated document correction and compliance suggestions
• Integrate AI models into SaaS platforms using secure APIs
• Ensure all AI components meet DoD cybersecurity compliance standards
• Create feedback loops and mechanisms to continuously improve model accuracy
• Optimize inference speed, performance, and reliability of deployed models

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of AI/ML Engineer experience
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP techniques
• Strong knowledge of API development and system integration
• Understanding of cybersecurity requirements, preferably in DoD environments
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
