Level: Senior / Lead (handson)

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Governance Implementation Lead to design, operationalize, and handson implement Responsible AI and AI Governance programs for enterprise clients. This role is implementationfocused, combining consulting skills with strong technical execution.

The ideal candidate has direct experience delivering at least one endtoend AI governance implementation using AI governance or model governance platforms, and is comfortable working handson while advising senior client stakeholders.

This is not a policyonly or regulatory data governance role this position focuses on practical, deployable AI governance controls embedded into real AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

This role blends consulting, architecture, and delivery, requiring the ability to:

Lead handson implementation of AI governance and model governance platforms

Design and operationalize Responsible AI governance frameworks in client environments

Translate Responsible AI and regulatory principles into practical, enforceable controls

Define and implement

AI usecase and model inventories

AI risk classification and tiering

Humanintheloop approval and override mechanisms

AI model lifecycle governance (intake, deployment, monitoring, retirement)

Partner directly with client stakeholders across technology, data science, risk, legal, and compliance

Support clients through AI governance maturity journeys, from early adoption to scaled production use

Required Qualifications (MustHaves)

AI Governance Implementation (Mandatory)

Proven delivery of at least one endtoend AI governance implementation

Handson experience deploying an AI governance or model governance platform is required

Examples of relevant platforms include (but are not limited to):

Fiddler AI

Other enterprise AI governance or model governance platforms

Responsible AI Expertise

Demonstrated experience implementing Responsible AI controls, including:

Ethical AI frameworks

Bias and fairness assessment

Explainability and transparency controls

Humanintheloop governance

AI risk classification and mitigation

AI model and usecase inventories

Governance workflows for risk, compliance, and approvals

Model monitoring, documentation, and audit readiness

AI Lifecycle Governance

Practical understanding of AI model and usecase governance across the full lifecycle:

Ideation & intake

Risk assessment & approval

Deployment & monitoring

Change management & retirement

Regulatory & Standards Knowledge

Solid working knowledge of the EU AI Act, including:

Highrisk AI system classification

Risk management and documentation requirements

Governance, accountability, and oversight expectations

Familiarity with global standards and frameworks such as:

ISO/IEC 42001

NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)

OECD AI Principles

ClientFacing Skills

Proven ability to work directly with client stakeholders across business, legal, compliance, risk, and technology teams

Comfortable operating in multiple roles: consultant, solution architect, implementation lead, and handson practitioner

NicetoHave

Consulting or professional services background

Experience working with MLOps or AI platform teams

Prior work in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, insurance)

This role requires handson AI governance implementation experience

Candidates without delivery experience on real AI governance platforms will not be considered

Policyonly, academic, or purely regulatory data governance profiles are out of scope
