Ethics Specialist

Job Title

As a trusted advisor, you will help us navigate the complexities of ethical AI principles and ensure responsible AI practices across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discussions on ethical AI principles for diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed Responsible AI across the AI lifecycle
• Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Design and implement Responsible AI strategies, policies, and guidelines
• Advise on fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy-preserving techniques
• Maintain awareness of evolving regulations and best practices in Responsible AI

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in AI, data science, data governance, or technology consulting
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles: fairness, transparency, accountability, privacy, and security
• Familiarity with global AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications or formal training in Responsible AI or related areas
• Experience with Responsible AI tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with AI development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall)
