Job Title: Records Management Analyst

About the Role

The Records Management Analyst will support an Intelligence Community program with various tasks.

  • Support the Records Management Group for a US government customer, ensuring compliance with federal statutes, regulations, and policies.
  • Train and assist the customer workforce on records management best practices, including developing a Records Control Schedule.
  • Implement customer RCSs and coordinate with NARA mandates.
  • Perform physical records archiving, draft or review training content, and deliver customer support and training on records management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Bachelor's degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience.
  • TS/SCI with polygraph level security clearance.
  • Experience supporting IC records management requirements, implementing RCS, and developing office file plans.
