Job Title: Lead AI Security Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Lead AI Security Engineer. This key role involves driving the security strategy for our AI systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI technology into our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Threat Simulation: Develop and execute advanced red teaming exercises to simulate potential threats to our AI systems, enabling proactive identification and mitigation of risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with AI/ML engineering, cybersecurity, product development, legal, and compliance teams to integrate security best practices into AI model development and deployment processes.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure that our AI solutions adhere to established governance frameworks, emphasizing responsible AI use and maintaining the highest levels of ethical standards in AI-driven decision-making.
• Innovation & Research: Drive cutting-edge research in adversarial ML, model exploitation techniques, and AI safety, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
• Incident Response: Lead response efforts to AI-related security incidents, developing targeted mitigation strategies and conducting thorough post-mortem analyses to inform future improvements.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, with a strong focus on AI system security and risk management.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, red teaming, or adversarial testing, with expertise in threat simulation and scenario-based training.
• 3+ years of experience with generative AI systems (e.g., LLMs, agents) and their distinct threat landscapes.
