Job Description

The role of Lead AI Security Engineer is a critical component in our organization's efforts to advance health optimization on a global scale. As part of a multidisciplinary team of experts, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, simulating, and mitigating threats to AI systems across our enterprise.

You will work closely with AI/ML engineering, enterprise cybersecurity, product, legal, and compliance teams to embed red teaming insights into model development and deployment lifecycles. This requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise and a forward-looking mindset to anticipate emerging risks in AI technologies.
