Responsibilities

Build and maintain bots using platforms like ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Microsoft Copilot Studio/Power Virtual Agents, and Genesys Cloud CX.
Develop intuitive, accessible UIs for portals, chat interfaces, and virtual agents using modern frameworks.
Integrate front-end and bot components with enterprise systems (ITSM, CRM, HRIS) via RESTful APIs.
Apply customer journey mapping and UX principles to optimize digital experiences.
Analyze user behavior and interaction data to identify automation opportunities and improve performance.
Collaborate in agile teams, participate in usability testing, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Ensure solutions meet security, accessibility, and compliance standards.

Skills

3+ years of experience in bot development, conversational AI, or front-end engineering.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue.
Experience with conversational platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Copilot, Genesys).
Strong understanding of NLP, conversational design, and UX/UI best practices.
Integration experience with enterprise systems using RESTful APIs.
Background working on teams that support customer service or IT support, with a focus on building tools that improve end-user experience.
Agile development experience and a 'builder' mindset; someone who codes, troubleshoots, and improves.
Experience with at least two conversational platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Copilot, Genesys).
