You understand model tradeoffs, how to fine-tune and adapt models with specific data, and the importance of security and brand alignment
With a strong software engineering background, you can design AI systems that integrate seamlessly into applications and continuously improve based on feedback
You can also build front-end scaffolding for proof-of-concept projects that can be refined later
This role requires a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving, and a very hands-on approach

5+ years of full stack development with 2+ years developing and deploying AI agents for both internal operations and consumer-facing applications
Demonstrated expertise with current AI models, tools, and platforms
A strong portfolio of previous AI projects is a requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks and back-end technologies (e.g., Rails, React, Node.js, Django, Flask)
Experience with developing applications using main AI and automation platforms (e.g
OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Flux, Kling, ComfyUI, n8n, etc
Proficiency in designing and managing APIs and microservices architectures
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
A passion for dogs and a commitment to enhancing their lives through innovative technology
