Design, build, and implement AI agents and applications tailored for internal teams and consumer applications.
Keep up-to-date with emerging AI models, tools, and platforms, and evaluate their potential application within BARK's ecosystem.
Lead AI projects from conception through deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines.
Monitor and refine AI applications to enhance performance, user experience, and scalability.
Maintain documentation of AI systems and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes.

5+ years of full stack development experience with 2+ years developing and deploying AI agents for both internal operations and consumer-facing applications.
Demonstrated expertise with current AI models, tools, and platforms.
A strong portfolio of previous AI projects is a requirement.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including front-end frameworks and back-end technologies (e.g., Rails, React, Node.js, Django, Flask).
Experience with developing applications using main AI and automation platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Flux, Kling, ComfyUI, n8n, etc.)
Proficiency in designing and managing APIs and microservices architectures.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
