Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic development and lifecycle of one or more products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor junior product owners and team members in Agile and product management best practices.
• Drive product vision and roadmap, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Make critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands, usability standards, and financial goals.
• Evaluate product performance and user feedback, using insights to iterate and enhance product offerings.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiating product features.
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance.
• Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision.
• Experience in managing complex products and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Advanced level of English.
