Product Manager : AI & Aviation Technology
Avitor.ai
Avitor.ai is building AI-driven workflow automation for the private aviation industry. We work directly with brokers, operators, and aviation teams to reduce manual work, improve response time, and streamline quoting, sourcing, and communication.
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can own product execution end-to-end — from translating real-world aviation workflows into clear product requirements, to shipping features that customers immediately use and value.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with engineers, understands B2B SaaS workflows, and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where product decisions matter.
What You’ll Do
- Own product features from discovery through delivery
- Work closely with engineering to define requirements, prioritize work, and ship high-quality releases
- Translate complex, real-world workflows into simple, scalable product experiences
- Partner with leadership to shape roadmap priorities based on customer needs and business goals
- Talk directly with customers to understand pain points and validate solutions
- Continuously improve existing features based on usage, feedback, and performance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS or workflow-driven products
- Strong ability to break down complex processes into clear product requirements
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, leadership, and customers
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator who can align stakeholders around product decisions
Aviation experience is a plus, but not required. Curiosity, ownership, and execution matter most.
Why Avitor.ai
- You’ll work on real problems in a specialized industry where software still has massive room for improvement
- You’ll have direct impact on product direction and customer outcomes
- You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and engineering, not sit behind layers of process
- You’ll help shape how AI is actually used in private aviation — not just talked about
- If you enjoy building practical, high-impact products and want meaningful ownership, we’d love to talk.
