Role summary

Join theFirefly Foundry'sAI Field Architecturepractice,with a focus on VFX.Drive executive engagement with studio, streaming, sports, and gaming leaders while scaling Firefly adoption throughpeopleleadership, cross-functional alignment, and repeatable execution models.

You'llpartner withVFX houses,studios,directors, and more in the film industryto reinvent content pipelines with Firefly - taking initiatives from pilot to global rollout. You will be collaborating withFirefly,andFoundry AI and engineering teams,designingand deployinggroundbreaking newVFXworkflows and technologies.

Whatyou'lldo

• Executive engagement:Represent Firefly Foundry withthe media and entertainmentleaders; guide your team to deliver executive design reviews, workshops, and thought leadership.
• Codify best practices:Establishand evolve reference patterns for creative workflow blueprints, prompt/evaluation pipelines, campaign scalability, and governance guardrails.
• Support complex problem-solving:Provide leadership and escalation frameworks as your team tackles fidelity, throughput, quality, and authenticityof new VFX workflows with Generative AI.
• Integration strategy:Oversee enterprise integration acrossAdobe surfacesapps (Firefly,Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Substance 3D, Frame.io), and DAM/MAM systems; empower your team to lead implementations.
• Ecosystem leadership:Direct partners and customers'blueprint creationin terms of how to work with our new workflows and technologies,validatedelivery againstourstandards, and scale.
• Drive measurable value:Ensure your team translates creative and business priorities into ROI/TCO metrics that influence customerexpansions.

Whatyou'llbring

Must-have

• 12+ yearsdevelopingand shippingVFX solutions in film and other M&E industries (e.g., gaming)
• Deep understanding of M&E production, post-production, and VFXworkflows.
• Familiarityin GenerativeAI solution patterns: prompt design & evaluation, guardrails, observability/measurement, vectorized retrieval, style constraints, and cost governance.
• Strong technical depth acrossSoftware and tooling for VFX; ability to evaluate trade-offs without being the primary implementer.
• Executive presence with studio leadership; exceptional written communication (1-pagers, decision records, reference designs).

Nice-to-have

• Portfolio of contributions to A-list movies, or other productions.

Collaboration

Partner daily with Firefly FoundryAppliedScientists,Foundry VFX and M&E solutions engineers, Adobe productgroups(Firefly/Express/Photoshop/Premiere/After Effects/Frame.io), Customer Success, Security/Privacy/Legal, and Partner/Alliances teams.

Work setup

Travel:~10%to production locations,studio/post visits, and key industry events.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $190,200 -- $345,650 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $238,700 - $345,650

In New York, the pay range for this position is $238,700 - $345,650

In Massachusetts, the pay range for this position is $207,900 - $301,100

In Washington, the pay range for this position is $223,500 - $323,700

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
