We are hiring a Moveworks Developer/Engineer for one of our premier consulting clients. This role focuses on building and optimizing AI-powered conversational agents that automate employee support across IT, HR, and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-driven bots using the Moveworks platform
• Configure intents, entities, and NLU models for high accuracy
• Build conversational flows to automate IT/HR/Finance use cases
• Integrate Moveworks with platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, and Jira
• Develop backend services using Python or Node.js
• Monitor bot performance and implement continuous improvements
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on requirements
• Troubleshoot bot logic, integrations, and platform issues

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience with Moveworks
• Strong expertise in NLP/NLU configuration
• Programming experience (Python/Node.js/TypeScript)
• REST API development & integration experience
• Exposure to ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, or SAP
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
