Role Overview

• We are looking for an innovative Manager of Content Automation and Generative AI Consulting to join our team. This pivotal role involves guiding clients on how to integrate AI into their content operations and improve workflows.
• The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Generative AI, consulting experience, and a profound understanding of large-scale content operations.
• This is a strategic position focused on translating AI capabilities into practical business solutions for our clients.
• As a manager, you will be instrumental in delivering tailored solutions and provide hands-on support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and evaluate Generative AI tools and automation within the content ecosystem.
• Differentiate between various platforms and tools, appraising their relevance for our clients.
• Research emerging AI technologies and propose suitable solutions based on client needs and constraints.
• Translate AI concepts into relatable language for clients, educating them on possibilities and requirements.
• Lead the development of Generative AI proof of concepts and pilot programs.
• Stay updated on trends in AI and content technologies to ensure client success in leveraging new innovations.

Content Transformation

• Assess client content ecosystems, focusing on content workflows and operations.
• Collaborate with teams to revamp content processes using automation and AI technologies.
• Help clients develop modernization roadmaps for their content technology applications.
• Design scalable content workflows and operating models driven by AI.

Delivery & Team Leadership

• Guide cross-functional teams in delivering top-tier results for our clients.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Utilize modern product development methodologies to structure projects effectively.

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients regarding Generative AI opportunities and risks.
• Support business development through proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify areas for applying Generative AI solutions within existing and new client accounts.
• Contribute to thought leadership and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in consulting or digital transformation.
• Experience with content automation or AI tools in business contexts.
• Track record of delivering Generative AI prototypes or proof of concepts.
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, including LLM concepts.
• Familiarity with content workflows and operations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive learner passionate about new technologies and content practices.
• Experience managing teams across diverse capabilities.
